James (Jim) Elbert Marlar, 88, of North Little Rock, Arkansas passed away peacefully on Tuesday, September 5, 2023 with family at his bedside. He was born in Rector, Arkansas on August 16, 1935 to Jewel and Lena Marlar. Celebration of life in North Little Rock with burial at Woodlands Height Cemetery in Rector, Arkansas to be determined at a later date.
