Emilio Serafin Garcia Pazo, 92, of Little Rock went to be with the Lord on September 1, 2023. He was born on November 9, 1930 in Caldas De Reyes, Spain to Jose Garcia and Nieves Pazo de Garcia.

Known to friends and family as "El Bandido Miluchin", he devoted his life and love to his family and followed his beloved childhood futbol team, Celta de Vigo, until the very end.

He worked as an auditor and in various administrative positions in some of the top firms in Venezuela, the country he made his new home, from 1959 to 2015. Following the death of his wife, Juana Casal de Garcia, he moved to Little Rock, AR permanently.

He is preceded in death by his parents; his wife and his siblings, Jose Pelayo, Eduardo, Antonio, Arturo and Maria Nieves.

Emilio is survived by his son, Luis Emilio; his two daughters, Maria Nieves and Xiomara Garcia Casal; his grandchildren, Hector Pons and Katherina Medina, Javier Garcia, Emilio, Alberto and Andrea Nunez, Maria Andreina and Rebeca Garcia; his sons/daughters in law, Hector A Pons, Rebeca Alvarez de Lugo and Alberto Nunez Negron; his brothers/sisters in law Maria del Carmen and Alfonso Casal, and Maria del Pilar Rojas and his nephews, Jose Manuel, Maria del Carmen, Mary Luz Garcia Iglesias; Hans, Jose Ignacio, Maria Jose and Miguel Angel Garcia Rojas; Jose Maria and Alvaro Lago Garcia; Francisco Jose, Maria del Mar and Manuel Cabezas Casal and Gianina and Eva Casal.

A rosary will be held to Celebrate his Life at 1:00 PM Friday, September 8th, 2023 at Christ the King Catholic Church-- 4000 N Rodney Parham Rd, Little Rock, AR 72212. A funeral mass will be held following the rosary at 1:30 PM.
