February 3, 1940 - September 1, 2023

Gerald Lee Griffith passed away on September 1, 2023 at the age of 83. He was born in Mammoth Springs, Arkansas in February of 1940 to Cecil and Leatha Griffith.

Gerald loved the Arkansas Razorbacks, the LA Dodgers and playing golf anytime he could and was dedicated to his church and family. He and his wife, Peggy, met at Harding College and were married for 62 years.

He is survived by his wife, Peggy; three daughters, Karen Via (Ronnie), Melanie Martin (Scott) and Cindy Bellew (Greg); as well as four grandchildren, Christy Payne (Jonathan), Lance Roby, Miranda Martin, Jake Belew and three great-grandchildren, Lillian, Heidi and Isaac Payne.

He was preceded in death by his brother, Harold (Hal) Griffith and two grandchildren, Mary and David Roby.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to Families First Foundation or the Parkinson's Foundation.
