Billy "Beau" Joe Aycock, Jr.

of Marion, AR

January 3, 1974 - August 3, 2023

Beau was born on January 3, 1974 in Birmingham, Alabama to Billy Joe and Mary Aycock Sr. Beau comes from a musically talented family and inherited the love of music. He taught himself by ear to play the Bass Guitar and he played on the Worship Team at Cross Community Church in Marion.

Beau worked at the AutoZone Store Support Center for over 21 years. He spent most of those years on the Maintenance Resolution Center (MRC) help desk as a Maintenance Advisor. He made many lifelong friends from all over the United States during that time. Many that have moved on to other careers or retired, have stayed in touch with Beau. In his role as the Energy Management Specialist, he continued to make friends out of co-workers. Recently, he was promoted to the Supervisor of the MRC and now he has friends in the Mexico Support Group as well.

Beau was a Free and Accepted Master Mason raised in the Bartlett Lodge 211, in Bartlett Tennessee. He went through the line of offices and served as Worshipful Master during 2017. Beau had a love of motorcycles and enjoyed riding with friends, who became family. In 2017, he became a member of the International Widows Sons Masonic Riders Association. In 2022, he became a charter member of the Northeast Corner Chapter in Arkansas where he was serving his second year as the Chapter President. He now has riders around the world that are family.

Beau was loved by all he encountered and touched many lives across many states with his infectious smile and warm bear hugs. He loved life, had fun and made fun wherever he went. Beau was a lover of all animals and he leaves behind his beloved dog, Bama.

Most importantly, Beau was a Christian and anyone who knew him knew he loved the Lord and loved all who he met. He was a giving, loving, kind, man.

Beau was preceded in death by his father, Billy Joe Aycock, Sr., his maternal and paternal grandparents, several aunts, uncles and cousins.

Beau was survived by his wife of 28 years, Jamie Alane Aycock of Marion; his son, Billy Joe Aycock III, better known as Trey, of Marion; his daughter, Megan Alane Aycock of Marion; his granddaughter, Sarah Alane Reid of Marion; his unborn grandchild of Marion; his mother, Mary Aycock of West Memphis; his brother, Jerry Aycock Sr. (wife, Debbie) of West Memphis; his sister, Lisa Johnston (husband, Greg) of West Memphis and his mother-in-law, Carolyn Smith of Marion.
