Fabian Dwayne Watts,59, passed away on July 5, 2023, in Wynne, Arkansas. He was born on September 29, 1963, in West Memphis, Arkansas, to Mr. James Watts and Virginia Alexander Watts. Dwayne was loved by many and known for writing acronyms and poems from his heart that he shared with others. He also collected things like shattered mirrors to make unique items for others. There wasn't anything broken that he couldn't make something special from. Dwayne collected Indian artifacts and loved sunflowers. His survivors are Little Momma Virginia Stephens of Parkin, Arkansas; two brothers, William Smilie Howell of Parkin and James Watts Jr. of Wynne, Arkansas; two sisters, Marilyn Hicks of Jonesboro, Arkansas, Sherry Armstrong of Wynne, Arkansas; two aunts, Frances Harris of Parkin, Arkansas; his special Aunt Bobo (Evelyn Blaylock) of Parkin, Arkansas; uncles Charles Alexander of Parkin, Arkansas; Also, Jonathan Hunt of Parkin, Arkansas. Preceding him in death were his Daddy and Mother, Marvin and Mary Alexander; father, James Watts; Brother Reginald Batton; four uncles, Earnest, Carlos, Jimmy, and Thomas Alexander.

Visitation will be at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home at 201 North Pine Street, West Memphis, AR 72301, from 1:30 2:30 PM, with services to follow. Burial will take place at Parkin Cemetery in Parkin, AR.
