Judie Inez Murphy Edlemon, 69, of Bassett, AR passed away March 14, 2023 at Methodist Hospital North in Memphis, TN. She was born March 3, 1954 to Walter and Jimmie Murphy. She enjoyed family get-togethers, yard sales, camping, traveling, visiting with family and friends and watching humming birds. Judie is survived by her husband of 47 years, Steve Edlemon; her son, Steven Edlemon and wife, Natalie of Osceola, AR and 2 grandsons, Spencer and Cohen. She also leaves 2 brothers, John Murphy of Bassett, AR and Luther and his wife, Sheila of Marion, AR and 2 sisters, Karen Wilson of Lepanto, AR and Marie Ball of North Carolina and a host of nieces, nephews, in-laws and friends. Judie is preceded in death by her parents; 3 brothers, Wesley Murphy, Van Murphy and Earl Murphy and a sister, Lila Saint. A visitation will be held at Roller-Swift Funeral Home Thursday, March 16, 2023 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM. The funeral service will be Friday, March 17, 2023 at 10:00 AM at Roller-Swift Funeral Home.
