Janet Marie Ritchie, 75, of Burt, Iowa, died Saturday, January 28, 2023, in Iowa. She was born July 20, 1947, in Waterloo, Iowa, to Edward and Margaret (Longberger) Rutledge.

She is preceded in death by her husband, Kellawain ''Kelly'' Ritchie, and one grandson, Jason.

She is survived by six children, Rhonda Cash and husband Russell, Floyd King and wife Amy, Debbie and Danny Ritchie, Gary Ritchie and wife Shanna, and Lora Kettelwell; six grandchildren, Amanda, Joshua, Samantha, Kendra, Tyler, and Kayla; six great-grandchildren, Annalee, Ridge, Aubree, Addison, Ellie, and Jaxon; one sister, Joyce Durant and husband Kenneth; and numerous nieces and nephews who loved her dearly. The family wants to thank Marvella Hingson of Lone Rock, Iowa, for loving and caring for Janet. Marvella was like a sister to Janet. Marvella we love you and can't thank you enough.

A visitation will begin 12:00 p.m. Friday, February 10, 2023, at Roller-Cox Funeral Home chapel in Clarksville, Arkansas, followed by a funeral service at 1:00 p.m. Interment will be at Mt. Airy Cemetery. Pastor Terry Anthony will officiate. Floyd King, Gary Ritchie, Danny Ritchie, Russell Cash, Rande Smith, and Mark Williams will serve as casket bearers.

Reception will follow graveside at Mt. Vernon Community Center.
