David Morgan Landthrip, 73, of Clarksville passed away January 9, 2023 surrounded by loved ones. He was born November 15, 1949 in Clarksville to Ernest Dyer and Emma Mae (Morgan) Landthrip.

Preceded in death by father, Ernest Dyer Landthrip; mother, Emma Mae (Morgan) Landthrip and one sister, Naomi Kay (Landthrip) James.

He is survived by his wife of 53 years, Reba (Poteet) Landthrip; daughter, Lisa (Robert) Mitchell of Clarksville; son, Brian (Judy) Landthrip of Oark; daughter, Pauline Teague of Paris; grandchildren, Rebecca (Kenneth) Born, Dustin Mitchell, Austin Mitchell, Denise Mullins, Barbara Whitson, Kurtis (Heather) Mullins; 9 great-grandchildren; brother-in-law, Robert L. James and niece, Meredith James and long time caregivers, Paula Palmer and Kerie Wilson.

Celebration of life will be held Saturday, January 14, 2023 at Second Baptist at 10 AM with Tom Dicus, Robin St. Sinclair and Audrey Poteet officiating.
