William Todd Horton, age 61, of Marshall, Arkansas passed from this life on Sunday, December 25th, 2022 at Highland Court in Marshall, Arkansas. He was born in Marshall, Arkansas on March 9th, 1961 to William Ovel Horton and Melva Sue Patterson Horton.

Todd started working as a mechanic in his teenage years. He was excellent at his trade and continued working on cars throughout his life. He was an avid animal lover and enjoyed watching television. Todd loved Christmas and bought presents for all his family and friends. He had a witty sense of humor. He loved to aggravate and spend time with his grandkids. Family meant the world to him.

Survivors include his wife of 42 years, Vicki Watts Horton of the home; his children, Billy (Santana) Horton of Mayflower and Christian (Joseph) Passmore of Marshall; his precious grandchildren, Tatum Horton, Hayden Passmore and Brooklynn Passmore; his mother, Melva Horton of Marshall; sister, Rhonda (John) Horton of Russellville; niece, Amanda (Chris) Besterfeldt; nephew, Aaron (Charlie) Horton and numerous cousins and extended family who will also mourn his passing.

Todd is preceded in death by his father, William Ovel Horton and his paternal and maternal grandparents.

Memorial services for Todd will be 2:00 PM Thursday, December 29th, 2022 at Roller-Coffman Chapel in Marshall, Arkansas with Bro. Donald Patterson officiating.
