Michael Laurance Helms, age 65, of Marshall, Arkansas passed from this life on Monday, October 24th, 2022. He was born in Orlando, Florida on September 24th, 1957.

Michael loved being in the mountains and enjoyed hunting and spending time in the beautiful Ozarks. He was an amazing cook and especially loved celebrating Holidays and Birthdays. His greatest joy was to spend time with friends and family.

Survivors include his mother, Merlynn June Greenawalt of Altamonte Springs, Florida; his daughters, Colby Helms (Timothy Bruce) of Valley Springs and Jessica Helms (Jason Dykes) of Orlando, Florida; his grandchildren, Makayla Dykes, Leia Dykes, Joshua Bruce, Kora Bruce and Lilah Bruce; one great-granddaughter on the way, Anaisa Amoura-Kay Colon and the love of his life, Rynae Ramsey of Oviedo, Florida.

Michael is preceded in death by his father, Steve Helms; step-father, Paul Greenawalt and his Nana, Vivian White.

A celebration of Michael's life will be held 10:30 AM Saturday, November 5th, 2022 at Maple Leaf Cemetery in Harrison, Arkansas.
