of Lead Hill, AR
September 5, 2002 - October 13, 2022
Pierce Leland Marshall was born September 05, 2002, in Harrison, Arkansas to Leslie Merle and Tammy Faye (Dixon) Marshall. He was their one and only baby boy, circled by his sisters. He passed from this earthly life on Thursday, October 13, 2022.
He was a member of the Pleasant Ridge Church of Christ. Pierce graduated from Lead Hill High School with the class of 2021. He had also attended school at Bergman from kindergarten through most of the high school. He was a member of the FFA and played basketball since he was in the third grade. He was employed through IFS in Oklahoma and was a beloved member of their company family.
Pierce was larger than life. His hugs had so much love in them that he needed not to say a word, you just knew it was there. He had the biggest heart and always greeted you with a hug, smile, and "I love you", but was also a little firecracker and would tell you exactly what he thought. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, camping, and spending time with friends and family. He was a joy to watch play on the basketball court and was even referred to as "the game changer".
Pierce was preceded in death by his grandmother, Lacey (Pierce) Marshall; his great-grandparents, Leland and Minnie Marshall, Carlee Coot and Mary Sue Pierce, Luther and Ollie Belle Dixon, and Elmer and Marie Baughman,
Survivors are his parents, Leslie Merle and Tammy Faye Marshall; his sisters, Megan and Callie Marshall and Mollie Estep; his nephews, Rilyn, Waylon, and Logan; his grandparents, Jerry Merle Marshall and Jim William and Vineta Faye (Baughman) Dixon; his uncles and aunts, Brent and Barbara Marshall, Mike and Teresa Dixon, Allen Dixon and Holly Dixon, along with a host of several others that he also claimed as such.
He is also survived by his cousins, Travis (Alisha) Dixon, Ryan (Lacey) Dixon, Ashlee (Nathan) Chisum, Garrett (Karley Jo) Dixon, Brianna (Aiden) Clarke, Melissa Marshall, Lexey (Tracy) Bolin, and Kaden Middleton; his ''honorary cousin'', Tru Cartwright; a special friend, Malia Peerce, along with a coach who made a big difference in his life, Coach Derek Rogers.
