Billy Don Parks, 53, of Dyess passed away at his home on Saturday, August 20, 2022. He was born on April 17, 1969 in Osceola to JV Parks and Peggy Meherg Beard. Billy enjoyed fishing, hunting and gardening. He is survived by his son, James Michael (Jessica) Parks; grandchildren, Amora, Brylan and Juliette; his mother, Peggy Meherg Beard; brothers, James (Sally) Parks and Michael Parks; sister, Becky (Mark) Smith; niece, Ashley Hicks and a host of family and friends.
