Marilyn Maxine (Myers) Combs, 86, of Scranton, Arkansas passed away Wednesday, June 1, 2022 at her home with her loved ones by her side. She was born October 23, 1935 in St. Louis, Oklahoma to the late Harley & Eliza Jane (Patrick) Myers. She served 20 years as a CNA in North Logan County. In 1996 she was recognized for her Outstanding Performance as a CNA for North Logan Mercy Home Health. Marilyn was married to Warren ''Dub'' Combs from March 8, 1965 till his death in March, 1996. She enjoyed crocheting and quilting.
Marilyn is preceded in death by her parents, Harley & Eliza Jane (Patrick) Myers; husband of 31 years Warren ''Dubb'' Combs; ten siblings and two children, Roger Combs and Sandra Combs Hadley.
She is survived by two sons, Terry Wayne (Juanita) Combs of Quitman, Arkansas, Michael Lee Combs of Guam and daughter, Patti Darlene (Eugene) Wewer of Clarksville; ten grandchildren; twenty-four great grandchildren; fourteen great-great-grandchildren and a host of other family and friends.
Graveside service at Wares Chapel Cemetery in Dublin, Arkansas at 2:00 PM on Saturday, June 4, 2022 with Bro. Ricky White officiating. Honorary Pallbearers are Scott Boone, Loralie Smith and the remaining grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
