Readus Ray Tatum, 77, of Beebe, Arkansas, passed away on Wednesday, April 20, 2022. He was born in Lewis County, Tennessee on October 29, 1944, to the late Bert and Bessie Tatum.

Readus graduated from Freed-Hardeman University and Harding University. He was an avid fisherman who lived by the ''Four F's'': Faith, Family, Fishing, and Football. He was loved by all and will truly be missed.

He is survived by his wife of 46 years, Cathy Terry Tatum; sons, Jeremy Tatum (Valerie), and Joshua Tatum (Tiffani); grandchildren, Chloe and Callie Tatum; sisters, Joyce Hildenbrandt (Jerry), Sherry Beck (Ron), and Teresa Hogan; brother, Keith Tatum (Jennifer); and furry friend, Sweetie Pie.

He is preceded in death by his brother-in-law, Pat Hogan
