Bernelle Arms, age 92 of Snowball, Arkansas passed from this life on Monday, February 28th, 2022 at Highland Court in Marshall, Arkansas. She was born in Snowball, Arkansas on February 1st, 1930 to John Bozine Griffin and Margaret Bailey Griffin.

Bernelle was a homemaker. She took excellent care of her mother and sisters. She loved her animal friends, especially her little dog Toby who passed away in 2017. They had a very special bond. Bernelle didn't think she would ever have room for another little fur baby but along came sweet Sky. She took great joy in taking her for rides. When Bernelle's health declined and she went in the nursing home Sky's visit's always brightened her day.

Survivors include one daughter, Patsy Arms of the home; and many nieces, nephews and extended family who will mourn her passing.

Bernell is preceded in death by her parents, Bozine and Margaret Griffin; her husband Carlton Boone Arms who died in 2008; and siblings, Jimmy Glen Griffin, Madge Griffin, Tilmon John Griffin, Clifton Griffin and Shirley Jean Griffin.

Graveside services for Bernell will be 10:30 AM Thursday, March 3rd, 2022 at Silver Hill Cemetery near St. Joe with Bro. Jim Campbell officiating. Honorary bearers will be Don J. Switzer, Tim Tucker and Nolan Brisco.
