In addition to teaching school Margaret worked at Blanchard Springs Caverns near Fifty Six until a stroke changed her life on June 2, 2011. While teaching and working at Blanchard Springs Margaret made precious lifelong friends.
Margaret loved to spend time with her family. Her love for her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren was profound. She also loved to travel. She and R.C. traveled to many states and visited many of the places that Margaret had longed to see.
