James "Dusty" L. Carter

James ''Dusty'' Carter, 66, of Marianna, Arkansas passed away peacefully at his home, on Thursday, September 9, 2021. He was born January 21, 1955 to Russell Carter and Barbara Paul Carter.
He is survived by his wife, Marilyn May Carter, of the home, one daughter, April Wilson (Jeremy), of Moro, Arkansas, two grandchildren, Matthew Wilson, Natalee Wilson, his mother, Barbara Carter, three brothers, Rusty Carter (Shelia), Patrick Carter, and Lance Carter, Bother-in-law and sister-in-law, Spencer and Mary May, and a host of nieces, nephews, great nieces and nephews, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father.
Graveside services will be held Monday, September 13, 2021 at 10:00 A.M. at Marianna Memorial Park in Marianna, Arkansas. Visitation will be held Sunday, September 12, 2021 from 6:00-8:00 P.M. at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home in Marianna, Arkansas.
