William Edwin Hoff, 89, of Cave City passed away August 20, 2021.

He was born June 29, 1932 in Fontana, California to William Elmer Hoff and Auda Marie (Prock) Hoff.

William was a big hearted, gentle, and loving man who had a wonderful sense of humor and loved to joke with people. He loved his family and especially his grandkids. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army and was a song leader and member of Antioch Church of Christ. He enjoyed making jewelry, such as rings, earrings, necklaces, and bolo ties. Some of his other hobbies included rock collecting and polishing rocks, and camping. William loved to sing and even sang opera in his younger years. He enjoyed going to the desert and riding dune buggies.

Survivors include his wife, Irma ''Jeanne'' (Wigginton) Hoff of the home; one daughter, Becky Feland (Eldon) of Manteca, California; one daughter-in-law, Cindy Hoff of Salmon, Idaho; one step-son, Dr. Joel Pickett (Sandy) of Huntsville, Alabama; two step-daughters, Suzan Pierpoint (Dan) of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Faellen Hill (Bill) of Batesville, Arkansas; one brother, Bob Hoff of Missouri; four step-brothers, Ron Harrison (Sharon), Bob Harrison (Prudi), Chuck Harrison (Barbara), and Jerry Harrison, all of Eugene, Oregon; two step-sisters, Carrol Harrison of Louisiana and Janice Aiello of Eugene, Oregon; five grandchildren, Amy Ryan (Pat), Katie Miller (Tiger), Dr. Jeffrey Feland, Shawna Hoff, and Tim Hoff (Challise); three great-grandchildren, Kaycee Snyder, Caleb Snyder, and Maile Miller, as well as numerous nieces and nephews.

He is preceded in death by his parents; his first wife, Doris Harvey Hoff; one son, William Gregory Hoff, and one sister, Janeace McGrath.

Pallbearers are Curtis Goodrich, Ronnie Carlton, Don Henley, Bill Hill, David Wigginton, and Ed Pfitzner.

Funeral services will be held Monday, August 23, 2021 at Antioch Church of Christ at 10:00am under the direction of Roller-Crouch Funeral Home with Troy Henley, Dean Fugett, and Eldon Feland officiating. Burial will follow at Young Cemetery.

Visitation will be held 30 minutes prior to the service.
