Lois Ann Dickson

Lois Ann Dickson was born in Earle AR, to John Marvin Blankenship Sr and Emma Lucille Blankenship on July 24, 1937. She left this earth on February 13, 2021, after a brief illness. Lois Ann was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Glenn Alvin Dickson Sr., her daughter Dixie Leigh Dickson and two brothers Melvin Lee Blankenship and John Marvin Blankenship Jr. She leaves behind her son Glenn Alvin Dickson (Dana) and two grandchildren Morgan Dickson and Glenn Alvin Dickson III. Also, she leaves two sisters, June Carol Leatherwood (John) Barlett, TN, and Freda Jo Givens ( Mark) Marion, AR, and her sister-in-law Joyce Blankenship, Menton, AL. Lois Ann also left a lifelong friend Johnny Woodruff and
a host of nieces and nephews.
Lois Ann Loves traveling and was always ready for an adventure. She enjoyed meeting new people and she never met a stranger! She served on the Arkansas Governor's Board as an advocate for Mothers Against Drunk Driving.
