Martha Jane Pannell, 73, of Osceola, AR passed away Sunday, January 31, 2021. She was born December 9, 1947 in Water Valley, MS to Bill and Leola Horton. She was a homemaker who loved her family and friends and spending time with her grandchildren. She was a kind person with a big heart who would do things for others before herself. She enjoyed working in her yard and garden and was of the Baptist Faith. She is survived by her husband William Pannell; her sons: Billy (Lisa Kay Conley) Pannell of Manila, AR, Johnny Pannell of Blue Mountain, MS and David Pannell of Osceola, AR; daughter: Natalie (Steven) Edlemon of Osceola, AR; grandchildren: Taylor Pannell, Cameron Pannell, Gavin Pannell, Lyndsey Pannell, Heather Parker, Robert Pannell, Spencer Edlemon and Cohen Edlemon; great-grandchildren; Ella Grace Steadham, Decklyn Steadham, Preston Luzar, Levi Luzar, Savannah Brown and Everleigh Pannell; brother: Bobby (Brenda) Horton of Cooter, MO. She is preceded in death by her parents. We are following the guidelines of the Arkansas Department of Health and will only be allowing up to 100 people into the funeral home at any given time. All attendees over the age of 10 must wear a face covering.
