Karlene Faith Elliott, age 14, of Flippin, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, January 30, 2018 at Mercy Hospital in Springfield, Missouri.

Karlene was born July 9, 2003 in Mountain Home, Arkansas to Jeffrey Mark and Karla Kaye (Vanzandt) Elliott. She was a 9th grade student at Flippin High School. She was a member of First Baptist Church of Flippin, Arkansas. Karlene was involved in barrel racing, goat tying, and participated in Rand Rodeo. She was a state finalist in Arkansas Family Rodeo, placing 3rd in goat tying, and 5th in barrel racing. She also enjoyed volleyball and swimming.

Karlene is survived by her parents Jeff and Karla Elliott of Flippin, Arkansas; two sisters: Amy Donovan of Adrian, Missouri; Kayelee Elliot of Flippin, Arkansas; her aunts: Teena Terwey of Denver, Colorado; Dalene Johnson of Assaria, Kansas; Cheryl Wardrop of South Hampton, England; her maternal grandmother Arlene Vanzandt of Flippin, Arkansas; her paternal grandparents James and Edith Elliott of Flowering Branch, Georgia; two nephews: Kyle and Kody Donovan; and her horse ''Cowboy''.

Her funeral service will be 1:00 pm. Saturday, February 3, 2018 at First Baptist Church of Flippin with Bro. Aaron Lindsey and Bro. Steve Martin officiating.
