Ella Pearl Stephens, 94, of Fort Smith, fell asleep In-Christ May 17, 2008 in Fort Smith, AR. Ella and was a long time member of the Christadelphian Faith. Her home ecclesia was North Little Rock, AR until retiring to Martinville, AR, in 1972.

She was born December 21, 1913 to her parents Mr. and Mrs. D.W. Bughman. She was preceded in death by her parents, younger brother Harold Bughman, an infant nephew, her husband C.W. Stephens and their infant son.

The funeral services will be officiated by Bro. Tommy Azbill and Bro. Ben Scroggins, Jr. at 10:00 am Wednesday, May 21, 2008 at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home, Conway, AR. Following the service, burial will be at Martinville Cemetery.

Ella is survived by one sister, Donna Belle and her husband D.B. Hill, Jr. of Springfield, AR; two sons Charles D. Stephens & wife Glenda of Fort Smith, AR; and Don W. Stephens, Sr. & wife Linda of Smithville, TX. Ella is also survived by three nieces and one nephew: Emily (Hill) Jameson of Martinville, AR; Donna Sue Pomroy of Duncanville, TX, Margot Jo Easter of Grand Prairie, TX and Scott Bughman of Cedarhill, TX. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; Todd B. Stephens & wife Lori of Fort Smith, AR; Traci Lea Elliff of Fort Smith, AR; Don. W. Stephens, Jr. of Smithville, TX; Gny. Sgt. Larry D. Stephens & wife Deidra of the U. S. Marines, Kailua, Hawaii; Lindsay Dean Stephens and wife Erin of Smithville, TX; Kevin C. Stephens of Hot Springs AR; and Marshall G. Stephens of Fort Smith, AR. Ella's eleven great-grandchildren include: Banyon Stephens of the U.S. Army, Korea & wife Ashley of El Paso, TX; Donnie Stephens and fiancé Ashley of Austin, TX.; Morgan and Madison Stephens of Fort Smith, AR; Raechel Elliff of Fort Smith, AR; Katie Elliff of Van Buren, AR; Dylan & Connor Stephens of Hot Springs, AR; Andrew & Garrett Stephens of Kailua, Hawaii; and Shelby Stephens of Hardin, TX. Great- great-grandchildren include; Jayde Stephens of El Paso, TX, and Kaden Stephens of Austin, TX.

Pallbearers will be grandsons Todd Stephens, Don Stephens Jr., Marshall Stephens, Kevin Stephens, and Lindsay Stephens. Honorary pallbearer will be Gny Sgt. Larry Stephens.

Visitation will be from 6 to 8 pm Tuesday, May 20, 2008 at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home Chapel, Conway.
