Bobby Gene Sanford, 57, of Pearcy, Arkansas formally of Marianna, Arkansas passed away Sunday, February 7, 2016. He was born Friday, April 4, 1958 in Marianna, Arkansas to James L. Sanford and Mellnee Stephens Sanford.
Bobby is survived by his wife, Dana Sanford; two sons, Bobby Joe Sanford, Jeffery Sanford (Tammy); step-son, John McBride; four grandchildren, Bailee Sanford, Nathan Sanford, Parker Sanford, Olivia Sanford; four sisters; Mary Jane Armstrong, Hazel Durer, Ouida Ann Cantrell, Anna Sue Sanford; six brothers, Wayne Odle, Joe Odle, Terry Sanford, Donald Sanford, James Sanford, and Jerry Sanford and a host of nieces and nephews.
Bobby was preceded in death by his parents, one brother, Glenn Stephens and one sister, Betty Fern Conner.
Services for Bobby will be held Thursday, February 11, 2016 at 1:00 P.M. at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home. Visitation will be held Wednesday, February 10, 2016 from 6:00-8:00 P.M. at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home. Burial will be held at Marianna Memorial Park. I'm so sorry to hear about Bobby leaving this world. I have known him all my life, we went to school together and grew up together. His sister, Betty was my mom, Joyce Rice Greenwoods best friend. My condolences to all of his family, he will be truly missed.
