Kathey told me that Mr. Loy had passed. My dad, Wayne Carter, had told many stories about the fun that they had growing up together on Terry Street. I can only imagine the meeting in heaven. May God bless you and hold you close.

I am so sorry to hear of Carol passing. Carol and I were roommates at Alcoa Pines for a month. I felt we became good friends during that time.
I was so glad to see him go home that day and was eager to follow up back to my home shortly. I've been home since last Thursday and was shocked to learn he died on Sunday. Please accept my condolences.
Couldn't ask for a better neighbor, we will miss him very much. Our prayers are with the family during this time.

Uncle Carol is one of the finest men I have ever known. He taught by example, was there when any of us needed him, and always had a kind word for everyone. He was the best daddy, grandfather, son, brother, and uncle ever. He was a Christian in every sense of the word, and we, his family, will miss him dearly.
