Beulah Louise Lamberth, 85, of Jonesboro passed away Friday at NEA Baptist Memorial Hospital. She was born March 4, 1930 in Risher, Arkansas to William Jackson and Verda Mae Best Cooper.
Beulah was retired from General Electric where she was the third person hired. She was a graduate of Valley View High School and a member of Macedonia Baptist Church. Mrs. Lamberth took great pride working in her yard, garden and house.
Preceding her in death are her husband, William C. Lamberth; parents; two brothers, Frank Cooper and William ''Dub'' Cooper; and one sister, Otha Snyder.
Survivors include a son, Dennis and wife, Teresa Lamberth of Jonesboro; two grandchildren Jeremy and wife, Casi Lamberth of Paragould and Jennifer and husband, Wes Lawrence of Jonesboro; two great-grandchildren, Wesson Lawrence and Rayce Lamberth; two sisters, Mary and husband, Don Worley of Jonesboro and Lucy Gallagher of Troy, Illinois.
Visitation will be Sunday from noon to 1:00pm at Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home with a graveside service following at 1:30pm at Macedonia Cemetery. Honorary pallbearers include Bert Cole, Cole Layne, Don Rush, David Hodges, Scott Gipson and Marvin Snyder.
The family wishes to thank two special care givers who took extremely good care of Mrs. Beulah, Paulette Lovens, Sharon McCamey and the staff at Lakeside Nursing Center especially Pam.
