Mary Oxner was born to Jack Hardin and Irene Sparks Hardin on April 3, 1931.
Mary was a Baptist by faith and a member of Rondo Baptist Church. Mary worked for the Lee County Schools as a secretary at Mulberry and Whitten Elementary for many years. In June of 1970 she went to work at First National Bank until 2000.
Mary leaves her husband Owens Oxner of the home, one son, Jack Oxner (Frances) of Rondo, one daughter, Becky Oxner Fant (Gary) of Grenada, MS. She leaves grandchildren, Tiffany Bonkoski (Jeff) of Heber Springs, AR, Matt Oxner (Amy) of Rondo, Misty Andrews (Mike) of Missouri, Laura Fant Tribble (Kevin) of Holcomb, MS, Jason Fant (Tabatha) of Holcomb, MS.
She leaves behind Great-Grandchildren: Chase Golden of Jonesboro, Madeline Oxner of Rondo, Karli Tribble of Holcomb, MS, Laine Tribble of Holcomb. MS, J.P. Bonkoski of Heber Springs, Brooke Bonkoski of Heber Springs, Taylor Fant, of Holcomb, MS, Jackson Oxner of Rondo, and Owen Fant of Holcomb, MS.
Mary was preceded in death by her parents, Jack and Irene Hardin, two daughters; Janice Bearden of Crossett, Glenda Oxner of Rondo, three sisters; Nadine Alsup of Rondo, Helen Floyd of West Memphis and Zenith Yons of Rondo and one brother; Troy Hardin.
Pallbearers are Jeff Bonkoski, Ricky Oxner, Ricky Griffth, Eric Griffith, David Griffith and Jason Fant.
Services for Mrs. Oxner will be held Friday, September 18, 2015 at 10:00 A.M. at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home, Marianna. Visitation will be held Thursday, September 17, 2015 6-8 P.M. also held at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home, Marianna. View and sign online guestbook www.rollerfuneralhomes.com
