Charles David Tucker, age 68, of West Helena, Arkansas passed away Tuesday, July 14, 2015 at Helena, Arkansas. Mr. Tucker was born February 24, 1947 at Helena to the late Jewell Tucker, Sr. and the late Nedrine Moore Sumners. He was a member of Second Baptist Church of West Helena and a retired sales and service man for uniform services.
He is survived by his wife of 45 years, Barbara J. Thomas Tucker; one daughter, Cindy Sanders (Jon, Jr.) of West Helena; one grandson, Trae Sanders; one sister, Sandy Henson (Gary) of Wynne, Arkansas; two brothers, Bobby Tucker and Jewell Tucker, Jr., both of Helena; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents and his stepfather, Francis Sumners.
A service for David Tucker will be held at 10:00 a.m., Friday, July 17, 2015 at Roller-Citizens Funeral Home. Visitation will be Thursday evening from 5:30 p.m.-7:00 p.m. at the funeral home. Burial will be at Central Cemetery in Lexa, Arkansas. Dr. Randy Williamson, Reverend Bert Thomas, and Reverend Gary Henson will officiate.
Pallbearers are Gary Henson, II, Brad Thomas, Justin Bigham, Jon Sanders, Sr., James Burton and Bryan Wayman.
Memorials may be made to Second Baptist Church of West Helena.
Services will be directed by Roller-Citizens Funeral Home, West Helena, (870) 572-2571.

David was my first cousin. His mother and my father, John T. Moore, were sibblings. I am so sorry for this loss. My brother, Bobby Moore died on July 17 of this year also, and is buried in Dixon, MO.
