In 1992 I met Mrs. Baskin at Western Hills Baptist Church. She was always so gracious and so pleasant to be with. I enjoyed every Sunday with her at church and Dr. Baskin too. I love them both and miss them Both????????????
May the LORD comfort all who mourn, knowing that our confidence is sure.
Therefore we are always confident, knowing that, whilst we are at home in the body, we are absent from the Lord:
(For we walk by faith, not by sight:) We are confident, I say, and willing rather to be absent from the body, and to be present with the Lord.
So sorry for those left behind but, what rejoicing there must be now in heaven, I remember Mrs. Baskin would sing "God be with you til we meet again"...so, I'm singing this now doe you.
I Thessalonians 4:13-18 Although no words can ease the loss you feel now, please take comfort in knowing you and your family are being remembered in special prayers. Let God comfort you during this time, and remember HE is our Hope and that we have the knowledge that one day we WILL be reunited with those who have been called home before us. God Bless you and your family.
The amazing days of ministering at PCBBC were some of the best in a lifetime! These are memories that bind us firmly together! We will meet you in the morning dear lady, just inside the eastern gate, over there!
I was just speaking with my sister last week about

Words cannot express what we feel in your loss as Shirley has entered into her Promised Land. I can only imagine her joy and wonderment at her first glimpse of her Saviour whom she loved and served for so many years. May God's Amazing Grace enfold each of you during this difficult time.
We dearly love and admire you and Shirley for your faithful service in spreading the Gospel. She has left a great legacy for her family.

I am so sorry for your loss. I certainly can identify as I lost Preacher two years ago in June. It is a big adjustment, but God is so good. May you and your family find comfort in knowing she is with our sweet Lord. Thank you and her for all the faithful years of service to Jesus. God bless you.
Praying for Bro. Jack, family and friends of this dear lady. Our loss is heaven's gain!
