Charles A. Franks 81, of Horseshoe Bend, Arkansas passed away Sunday, April 12, 2015. He was born December 17, 1933 in Mountain View, Arkansas to Harold A. and Effie L. (Rose) Franks.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a daughter in law, Pam Franks, a sister, Billie Jean Franks, and a brother, John H. Franks.
He is survived by his wife Doyle Grace (Sutterfield) Franks of Horseshoe Bend, AR; two sons, Michael Franks of Springfield, AR; and Brent and Gaya Franks of Shirley, AR; four grandchildren, Nathan Franks, Jason Franks, Lee Anna Tankersley, and Brandon Franks, two great-grandchildren, Michael Dwight Franks and Andy Franks, one sister Frances Faye Webb of Lonoke, AR and many close friends.
Pallbearers: Donald Berry, Danny Cates, Donny Jones, Johnny Ferrell, Stanley Murray, Joey Sowell, and Mike Worthing.
Visitation will be 6:00-8:00pm Wednesday, April 15, 2015 at Roller-McNutt Funeral Home Chapel Clinton, Arkansas. Graveside Service and Burial will be 10:00am Thursday, April 16, 2015 at Eglantine Cemetery with Pastor Alan Rolan officiating.
