Robert Franklin Hill Sr, 82 of Paris, Arkansas passed away on Saturday, March 7, 2015 in Paris. Robert was born on February 16, 1933 in Paris to his parents Edward Hill and Edna Hixson. He was retired from the Logan County Road Department and was a United States Army Veteran.
Robert is preceded in death by his parents Edward Hill and Edna Hixson; one son, Robert Franklin Hill Jr.; two sisters, Helen Patterson and Harlena Legg and two brothers, Harley Hill and Burl Hill.
Robert is survived by his wife of 59 years, Sarah Frances Hill of Paris; one daughter, Linda Wilks of Paris; one son Phillip Hill of Paris; two sisters, Dorothy Hixson of Sand Springs, Oklahoma and Corene Nixson of Tulsa, Oklahoma; three brothers, Earl Hill of Sand Springs, Oklahoma, Roy Hixson of Ozark, Arkansas and Ronnie Hixson of Sand Springs, Oklahoma; eight grandchildren and seventeen great-grandchildren.
A service will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 10, 2015 at Roller Funeral Home Chapel in Paris with a visitation to follow service.
The body will be cremated following the service under the direction of Roller Funeral Home in Paris.
