I am so sorry to hear of Carl's passing. I remember going to Carl and Gladys' fishing with daddy. Carl was a very sweet man. He was always around at the Forestry office. I will always have fond memories of him.

His grandson, Tommy, is a co-worker of mine. I am sending my deepest sympathies to all of the family. He is reunited with the loved ones that passed before him. I didn't know him personally, but I know that Tommy loved him dearly and talked about him all the time.

Johnnie Carl Flippo was like a Grandpa to all my family. We loved him very much. He was a very special person and was the father of very special children. He will long be remembered and loved by all who had the pleasure of having him in their life. God Bless his family. I know he and Tommy are smiling down on everyone as they unite.
