Della Lurene Wilson, 79, of Step Rock, went to be with her Lord on Thursday, January 29, 2015. She was born on Sunday, May 19, 1935 in Stuttgart, Arkansas to the late Albert and Della Naomi Argo Crandall.
Mrs. Wilson was a homemaker and a member of Step Rock Church of Christ. She loved helping others, fishing, Big Island, an avid Razorback fan, but most of all she loved taking care of her family especially her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Dell LaJuan House; brothers, Albert Edwin Crandall, Don Stillman Crandall and Carlton Eugene Crandall; and foster sister, Christine Moody.
She leaves to cherish her memory her husband, Billy C. Wilson; a son, William Wilson (Rhonda) of Step Rock; a daughter, Peggy Louks of Providence; son-in-law, Jerry House of Providence; 5 grandchildren; 10 great-grandchildren; a brother, Clarence W. Crandall of Step Rock; and a host of other family and friends.
Family visitation will be Sunday, February 1, 2015, 6:00-8:00PM, at Roller-Daniel Funeral Home. Funeral service will be 10:00AM, Monday, February 2, 2015 in the funeral home chapel with Mr. Bill Lambert officiating. Interment will follow in the Providence Cemetery.
