Don, Jerry and Family: I was saddened to her of Joann's passing. I worked with her at Sears on Oak Street. She was a sweet lady. May God bless and comfort you during time of your loss.

Don, you know how very sorry I and my family are that we have lost Joann, please know I am here for you whenever you have the need to talk to someone...
I will miss my morning talks with Joann on the phone the most, we always had something to talk about almost every day...Please take it one day at a time Don, it does slowly get easier but never really goes away, only someone that has gone through the loss of a spouse really understands that...
My love to you, and Jerry, Leighanne, and their family's...May God bring you all comfort through this difficult time....

Jerry and Leighann,
I'm so sorry to hear of the passing of your mother. I haven't seen her or either of you in many years, but I have fond memories of our time together. She was always warm and welcoming when we visited. It is hard to lose a parent.
Uncle Don,
I'm sure your loving care made her illness more bearable. Please take care of yourself for a time, now.
Love to all of you

We are so sorry for the loss of your dear loved one and our sincerest condolences to the family. Trials such as this one can be unbearable, "God is for us a refuge and strength, a help that is readily to be found during distress." Psalms 46:1 Draw close to God in prayer, He does not forget the outcry of the afflicted ones. He will give you the needed strength to endure the days ahead.

Members of the Central Arkansas Model Railroad Club knew Joann through her husband Don, a long-time member of the club and one of its best hobby craftsmen.

Joann often attended club meetings and volunteered time and talent to club-sponsored events.

Showing his devotion to her as her medical situation progressed, Don limited the time he invested in the club and the hobby and attended to her. Club members understood and honored his decision.

Surely the Great Conductor will consider that time well spent and will order Priority Classification with white flags flying on the Ethereal Express as it transports her spirit to Grand Celestial Station at the terminus of the main line.
