December 15, 2014 - December 15, 2014

George Thomas Williams, covenant child of the Most High God, beloved infant son of Charles and Shannon Williams, died December 15, 2014 in sure and certain hope of the Resurrection, being taken into the arms of his faithful Savior, Jesus Christ.

In addition to his parents, he is survived by brothers, Leven and Jack; sisters, Catherine and Mary Sorrels; grandparents, Fred and Beverly Swain, Randy and Deborah Webb, and Leven and Mary Williams; and aunts, Anabeth Bartholomew, Clare McCreery, and Amy Freeman; together with the congregation of Grace Covenant Church.

Georgie, as he was affectionately known in expectancy, will be buried at Crittenden Memorial Park in Marion with private graveside services, wearing the Christening gown made by his Mimi and worn by his brothers in Baptism. Rev. Todd Davis of Searcy will officiate. Roller-Citizens Funeral Home of West Memphis has charges of the services.

The family request that memorials be made to Grace Covenant Church, P.O. Box 896, Walnut Ridge, Arkansas 72476 or to the Christian Charity of the donor's choice.

"Praise the Lord! For it good to sing praises to our God; for it pleasant, and a song of praise is fitting...HE HEALS THE BROKENHEARTED AND BINDS UP THEIR WOUNDS...Great is our Lord, and abundant in power, His understanding is beyond measure." Psalm 147:1-5

We are so sorry for your loss. God had a better plan for your little boy though it must be so hard to see that now. Just know that all of you are in our thoughts and prayers.

Dear Shannon, Charles, and children,
I'm so very sorry for the loss of your little Georgie, and I pray for all of God's blessings, peace, and comfort for you all in the days to come. May His healing hands give you strength and ease your hurt and pain, and may His powerful, unending love remind you that He has Georgie in His presence and will cradle him in His arms until you see him again in Heaven.
My thoughts and prayers are with you.
Sincerely,
Teresa McCain
