of Jefferson, OH

February 25, 1947 - October 31, 2014

Surrounded by her loving family, Linda Patterson of Jefferson, Ohio went to the arms of the Lord on Friday, October 31st. Linda was born February 25, 1947 and spent her younger days in Missouri but lived most of her life in Jefferson, Ohio. This nurturing and giving soul touched the lives of many she met with an uncommon strength and grace. Her sense of humor entertained and comforted her family. Above all she loved spending time with her cherished daughters and grandchildren. Linda enjoyed helping others and worked as a Chiropractic Assistant.

Linda was preceded in death by her beloved father, Lynn Bannister and her husband Dr. Kenneth Patterson. She is survived by her mother, Elizabeth Meuse; "five beautiful daughters" Kim (Greg) Cotton, Ginger (Steffel) Hofstetter, Holly (Jason) Davis, Amber (Brandon) Piper and Whitney (Jason) Gray; six siblings: Wilma (Garry) Loafman, Lynn (Susan) Bannister, Mary (Sammy) Godsey, Debbi Furgason, Randy (Linda) Meuse and Patty Robinson; four grandchildren: Conner and Courtney Cotton, Savannah Davis and Olivia Gray; and eighteen nieces and nephews.

A memorial service will be held in Linda's honor on Monday, November 3rd at 6:00 p.m. in the Roller Drummond Funeral Home Chapel, 10900 Interstate 30, Little Rock, Arkansas 72209 (501) 455-5800.

Dear Kim, Ginger, Holly, Amber, and Whitney -
I was researching your Mom's appointments and when I saw none, I did a Google search. I am so very, very sorry to hear of your loss. Linda was a special patient of mine and I never got to see her as often as I would have liked. May the peace and comfort of faith and the love of your families and friends sustain you in the coming months and years ahead. All of you are in my prayers.

Our hearts are heavy to hear of this news. There has never been such a kind fun loving sweet gentle interesting beautiful person as Linda who has touched all of your lives. She was an Angel here on earth and has left such an impact on us. My words can not express the sympathy we have for all of her beautiful children and how heavy this lays on our own hearts. Hugs to you girls and all the rest of the family.

Linda touched my heart as she did so many. She was kind, interesting, beautiful and brave. She will live forever in my heart as one of the people I will never forget. She was one-of-a-kind and reared a group of women who are following in her foot-steps. It was my privilege having known her.

Our deepest sympathy to all of Linda's family. She fought the good fight with grace and strength. She always loved to talk about her girls and how proud she was of each one of you. We have fond memories of Kenny and Linda. I loved listening to her share her strong faith in God while on her journey. Our ladies Bible study just isn't the same without her. I'm sure she's having the time of her life in Heaven. I'm so thankful that our paths crossed. She will be missed.

Love and prayers to all,
