Jimmie Eugene Walker, 72, of Paris, Arkansas died Monday, October 20, 2014 in Paris. He was born on April 19, 1942 to his parents, Willis and Estelle (Stockton) Walker in Fort Smith, Arkansas. He retired from Cloyes Gear after over 30 years. He was an avid fan of the St. Louis Cardinals, enjoyed fishing and hunting, was a member of the NRA and attended the First Assembly of God Church in Paris.

He is preceded in death by his parents, Willis and Estelle (Stockton) Walker and one brother, Jerry Walker.

He is survived by his wife of 34 years Mary Beatrice (James) Walker of Paris; one step-son Lawrence Lee Schilling of Paris; four daughters, Shelley Bennett of Paris, Shannon Rankin of Waco, Texas, Twalla Becker of Paris, Tammy Knake of Dardanelle and step-daughter, Michelle Renee Green of Russellville; four brothers, Willis Walker Jr. of Kansas, Harold Walker of California, Ricky Walker of Van Buren, and Ronnie Walker of Fort Smith; three sisters, Juanita Wood of Barling, Marilyn Harris of Fort Smith and Jean Wood of Fort Smith; 13 grandchildren and 10 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be held from 6:00-8:00 p.m., on Tuesday, October 21, 2014 at Roller Funeral Home Chapel in Paris

Funeral Service will be held at 10:00 a.m., on Wednesday, October 22, 2014 at Roller Funeral Home Chapel in Paris with burial in Oakwood Cemetery officiated by Rev. Kenny Maness under the direction of Roller Funeral Home.

Pallbearers will be Gary Becker, Paul Bennett, Larry Schilling, Dustin Brown, Andrew Schilling, Michael Green, Matthew Barnes and Louis Rankin.

Honorary pallbearers will be Gary Lipe and his grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

Memorial contributions may be made to the First Assembly of God Wednesday Kids Meal, P.O. Box 602, Paris, AR 72855.
