Ervin Harmon Hodges, 88, of Little Rock, Arkansas passed away on Saturday, October 11, 2014. Survivors include his daughter, Marilyn Jo Kerr and his son-in-law, Jonathan Wayne Kerr of San Francisco, California.

Mr. Hodges was born in Bradford and married the former Ruby Floyd. He was in the Navy and attended both UCA and the U of A. He worked for Arkansas Rehabilitation Services.

A memorial service will be held at the chapel at Parkway Village. The service will be at 1:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 16, 2014.

Our thought's and prayer's are with you. I'm the youngest Son of Grace's Sister Kathleen. We've not seen each other for many years, but we talked to your Dad when Mom passed, and we returned her to the Scantlin Family Cemetery. We are all so sorry for your loss.

For Elmer, Geraldine, Wesley, Charles and Sharon Graham. Both Mom and Barbara have passed.

I always looked forward to playing with Mr. Ervin on Tuesdays in the dining room. We had such fun with the tambourine and the maracas. He could really keep the beat and often added his own riffs…it truly was a good time, and I will miss him a lot. Sincerely, Sue from the Joyful Noise at Parkway.

My thoughts and prayers are with your family, I remember Mr. Hodges from my grade school years and his immediate family in Bradford. Johnny & Mary Hodges
