Dear TL,
The evening I spent with you, your family, and so many of Jan's friends was a wonderful, loving way to celebrate the life of a most amazing lady. The sharing of stories and recounting special times, through laughter and tears was heart warming and a reflection of who Jan was and how she enriched our lives.
I feel blessed to have had Jan as my "special" friend for so many years.
My loving thoughts and prayers remain with you and your family.
Hugs,
Donna

Dear Mrs. Spencer,
You never know how much someone has touched your life until the reality is that they are no longer there. You were like a mom to me...inspiring me, loving me and nurturing me as if I were your own daughter. You helped shape the woman I am today. I wish I was able to tell you these things in person. You had such a huge impact on my life and I want you to know how much I love and appreciate you. I will never forget the laughs, the hugs, the road trips, the dinners (I make your spaghetti every Sunday for my family), the holidays, and the way you said "Bye". I know you will watching over all of us. All my love, Berkley

So sad when i heard about Jan. She was what young girls always wanted to be, pretty, kind and smart. We haven't seen each other in a long time but I have thought of her and others that I grew up with at Fisher St. Church camp was always fun, when she was a counselor. I hope that her family knows how much she will be missed and remembered by old friends. Candy and Ms Bea please let me know if i can help in any way

To the entire family: I have loved Jan since I met her in 1965 when I was 11. I so looked up to her for her beauty and grace! Just seeing her name printed here brings on a sadness that we had all hoped would never come, But Heaven has gained a beautiful soul that will be remembered for her kind heart, generous spirit, and loving nature. I am thankful she is now free of pain, whole and beautiful, and reunited with her brother, father, grandparents and other family and friends who passed before her. May God ease your pain and bring you comfort.
