Beatrice Clark, 89, of Greers Ferry, joined her Lord and Savior Saturday, July 19, 2014 in Jacksonville, Arkansas. She was born on Wednesday, August 20, 1924, in Morrilton, Arkansas to the late John L. Schott and Annie Fryer Schott.
Beatrice was a devoted and active member of Westside Baptist Church in Greers Ferry. She was a loving mother who took an active and loving role in the lives of her grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchild. She enjoyed quilting and gardening her many flowers and shrubs in and around the house.
Beatrice is preceded in death by her parents and one son, Ronnie L. Clark, Sr. She is survived by her husband of seventy-two years, Vernon A. Clark; one son, Farrell Clark and his wife, Evelyn; five grandchildren, Jennifer Sturtz, Ronnie Clark, Jr., Jeff Clark, Gary Clark, and Debbie Dinges; seven great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
Funeral service will be at 10:00 A.M., Wednesday, July 23, 2014, at Roller-Owens Funeral Home Chapel, 5509 John F. Kennedy Blvd., North Little Rock, Arkansas (501-791-7400). Interment will follow at Pinecrest Memorial Park in Alexander. The family will receive friends from 6:00-8:00 P.M. on Tuesday at the Funeral Home.
