I was a young college student working at the Little Rock District Corps of Engineers when I knew Jim. Regret that I lost contact with him over the years and especially that I was unable to attend his internment services. His knowledge of hydraulics/hydrology relative managing reservoirs was impressive before the technological advantages we have today. The quality I appreciated most about him was his willingness to share his knowledge in a pleasant and thoughtful manner with the people of my generation.

With deepest respect,
Paul N. Revis

Although no words can really help to ease the loss you bear, just know that you are very close in every thought and prayer.

I regret that I have a conflict and cannot attend Jim's service. We worked together in Hydraulics Branch. Great guy who liked to fish with George Nall and others. Joe Clements

Bill and Kay so sorry for your loss. Just happened to look in the paper and realized this was Bill's dad. Would love to see you all and catch up. You and your family will be in our thoughts and prayers during this time of loss. It is never easy to lose a parent or a loved one. Lots of love and prayers, Janis and Bill
