Velma was such a sweet cousin. I was not aware that she was sick. She will certainly be missed. Jimmy, I pray that God give you and your children extra grace, peace and hope during this time.
My love to you,

Dear family, so sorry to hear of Velms's passing. Another one of our "role model" is gone, I know me and Peg always looked to our older sister as I am sure you guys did.
My older sisters were very close friends with Velma, they were waiting on her in heaven.
May the riches of blesses be sent to her husband, children, grandchildren and siblings.
children and grandchildren of the late Melvin and Retha Brewer
So Sorry for your loss, my prayers are with the family.
Family;
My heart aches for you during this painful loss. But Velma left a wonderful life as an example for you all. My prayers are that God will wrap his loving arms around you and show you his love during the times you will need it most in the weeks to come.

Jimmie, Ronda, Rusty, Rocky, Christy, Misty and families, I know for certain that we never lose the people we love, not even to death. They continue to participate in every act, thought, and decision we make. Their love leaves an indelible imprint in our memories. We find comfort in knowing that our lives have been enriched by having shared their love. When those we love have left this earth, we still can feel them near. We'll see a picture, hear a song (especially Allan Jackson), and it’s just like they are here. And when we call upon our faith, when we believe and trust, we know the ones we care about are always close to us. When the sun begins to shine for you again, remember all the good times that we have had together. Velma will always be with us. As is says in the second part of Psalm 30:5 – “Weeping may endure for a night, but joy cometh in the morning.” I love all of you so much and will always be here if you need me. Betty and Bill
So sorry for your loss, she will be greatly missed. praying for the family.
