Vernon Eugene Funderburg, Jr., 57 of Wright, Arkansas passed away Sunday, December 29th, 2013. He was born on January, 9th, 1956 in Huntington Park, California.
He was a member of the Local 155 Plumber and Pipe Fitters of Little Rock, Arkansas. He was a Master Plumber for thirty-two years.
He is survived by his parents: Fay and Vernon (Gene) Funderburg, Sr.; his wife: Tracy Evans; a daughter: Shaina Funderburg; three grandchildren: John Funderburg, Lacy and Corey Clubbs; a sister: Susan (Garfield) Perry of California; nieces: Patricia and Skyler Funderburg and a sister-in-law: Terry Conville.
Vernon was preceded in death by his wife Deborah Funderburg; his brother: Mark Funderburg and a niece: Chelsea Funderburg.
Vernon was best known for his sunny disposition and being a loving grandfather.
A memorial service for Vernon will be announced at a later date. Arrangements are being handled by Roller England Funeral Home (501) 842-3939.

We hired Vern in Jonesboro at the NEA hospital and not a day went by that man didn't make me laugh Vern opened up to me over the course of that year and was a great man much love for ya wild hippie man
