I want all of you to know your in my prayers and thoughts. Although I only knew your mom/sister for a short period of time that time was precious. Helen had an infectious smile and personality that just made you feel warm and comfortable all the time. I wish I would have had the opportunity to be around and known her longer. She was a beautiful lady in her pirme years and even more beautiful in the latter years of her life, and always made me feel like I had known her for many years. She had an uncanny ability to light up the room she was in with that great smile. Please know that all of you are in my prayers. May His Grace and Mercy shine upon you and lift you up and comfort you in this time.
I am so sorry for your loss. I loved your mother, she was beautiful inside and out. I know that she and mother are in heaven rejoicing.
Karen and Staci... I'm so sorry to hear about your mom... but you know she is in a much better place now.... I remember when we were younger, Ms Helen was like a "busy bee" helping you girls with whatever you happen to be involved with at the time... she was always so much fun to have around. I know you will miss her dearly. With much Sympathy... Carol
So sorry to hear about Helen. We had so much fun working together at CHDC. I think of her often. We had many many laughs over the years and she was such a beautiful lady inside and out.
God Bless~
My thoughts today are with Sybil and how she is going to miss Helen. She and Dave took such good of care of Helen when she needed it the most. RIP my cousin, we will never forget you.
Stacy and Karen I remember your mom as being so happy and always smiling. She was beautiful on the inside and out. Her memory will live on through you two. I pray for strength and comfort for your tender hearts at this time.

It is with great sadness that I say goodbye to Helen but with a deep sense of gratitude that I was allowed to be a part of her life the past few years. In my short time with Helen, I was given many blessings. Her love of fun, joy, laughter and music were just a few qualities I will miss. But it was her warmth and humbleness that was most striking. Karen, Stacey and Syble rest assured Helen will be missed for these and many other things. In knowing her, we all are more complete and better. She was truely a beautiful person both inside and out. We all have been blessed.
Karen and Stacy,
I am so very sorry for your loss. Your mother was one extra special lady. She absolutely lit up any room she entered! I have many special memories of her from when I was just a little girl through my twenties. I always looked forward to seeing her!!..She ALWAYS made the day brighter with her beautiful, smiling face and happy, sweet ways. I would drop whatever I was doing to run visit with her!
There is never a good time to lose a parent but this has to be especially difficult just before Christmas... My heart aches for you...
Please know you are and will continue to be in my prayers.
Much love,
Cindy Goode
Im so very sorry for your loss its really hard to lose a parent especially during the holidays my thoughts and prayers are with yall. I was very lucky to know and b a friend of helens she was so sweet
And she had a special place in my heart.
Words cannot express the gratitude I feel for the many blessings given to me by Helen. Helen was ever present when anyone in our family was ill. She always had a smile and consoling words. She never met a stranger and her warmth radiated. Our time together though short, was filled with fun, laughter and dance steps. Karen, Stacey and Syble may you find comfort in knowing that I along with everyone who knew her will cherish her inner and outer beauty forever and ever. May she rest in peace.
Stacy and Karen,
There is no good time to lose a parent but losing one around the holidays makes it especially difficult. Please know we mourn with you. She was a very special person.
Love,
Gerald and Payne
When we were kids, I remember Helen as not only a beauty on the outside, but with a warm and caring heart.
The thing I remember most about Helen is how beautiful she was. When I was young I thought she was the prettiest girl I had ever seen in person. My thoughts are with you Sybil, Karen and Stacy.
