Lacey L. Bass, age 60, of Hasty, Arkansas, passed away Friday, May 24, 2013, in Harrison. He was born August 3, 1952, in Bridgeport, Texas, the son of Gillam M. and Audie (Casey) Bass, who preceded him in death along with his son, Jamie L. Bass; two sisters; and four brothers.

Lacey was of the Pentecostal faith. He was a U. S. Army veteran having served from October, 1973 to April, 1995, in Vietnam and Desert Storm, retiring as SSG.

Lacey is survived by his wife, Joyce Kay Bass, of the home; his daughter, Tracey B. Harris; his brothers, Dennis Bass, Jim Bass, and Glen Bass; his granddaughter, Kaylee Rae Ivie; and a host of other family and many friends.

Visitation was open.

Funeral service was Wednesday, May 29, 2013, at Roller-Christeson Funeral Home, with Rev. Dennis Sisco officiating.

Pallbearers were Lacey's nephews.

Honorary pallbearers were Lacey's brothers, Dennis Bass, Jim Bass, and Glen Bass.

Interment was in Hill Top Cemetery.
