Lois Allean Turner, age 82, of Harrison, died on February 1, 2013, at the Bristol Pointe Health and Rehab in Harrison. Mrs. Turner was born on December 19, 1930, at 6 Ditch in New Madrid County, Missouri, the daughter of Earl and Blanche (Johnson) Thompson.

Services were Tuesday, February 5, 2013, at the Red Oak Baptist Church in Harrison with Rev. Gary Crawford speaking. Burial was in Anderson Flat Cemetery in Marion County following the services. Visitation was Monday, February 4, 2013, at Roller-Christeson Funeral Home.

Pallbearers were Kevin Dickey, Jason Dickey, Tristan Dickey, Cameron Rogers, Blake McFall, Kendall Breedlove and Seth Willess.

Honorary pallbearers were Dr. Brownfield and staff and the staff of Bristol Pointe Health and Rehab.

Mrs. Turner is preceded in death by her parents, 5 sisters, a daughter Kay Mann and a grandson Phillip Jackson. She is survived by a daughter Shirley Dickey and husband Robert, 6 grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 7 great great grandchildren. She is also survived by a long time friend Don Nelson and a host of other family and friends.

Lois was a member of the Red Oak Baptist Church and was a Worthy Matron of the Eastern Star. Lois enjoyed camping with her daughter and family and loved her church family at Red Oak Baptist.
