December 11, 1945 - December 18, 2012

Charles Edward Crabtree, age 67, of Harrison, passed away Tuesday, December 18, 2012, at his home. He was born December 11, 1945, in Leicester, North Carolina, the Son of Laslie and Dollie (Penland) Crabtree. Along with his parents, Charles was preceded in death by his brother, Elmer Crabtree.

Mr. Crabtree was of the Baptist faith. He was a long time resident of the Harrison area and a graduate Bergman High school in 1963. Charlie was a great guy. He was always so patient and kind, and helpful. We wish we could have seen him one more time before he left us. He will be greatly missed by all of those who knew and loved him.
