Larry L. Stallings, of Harrison, MI passed away Sunday, July 29, 2012 with family at his side, at the age of 67. Larry was born April 4, 1945 in Malden, MO to Willard and Marie (Hasty) Stallings. He served in the United Sates Army during the Vietnam War. Larry was united in marriage to the former Virginia French on September 15, 1995 in Harrison. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and camping. Larry especially enjoyed spending time with family and friends.
Surviving Larry is his wife, Virginia; sons, David (Penny) Stallings of Paragould, Christopher (Brandy) Stallings of SC, and Larry Wayne (Joan) Stallings of Paragould; daughters, Melissa Stallings and Michelle Stallings both of Paragould; brothers, Jerry (Bertina) Stallings of Jonesboro, Bill (Mittie) Stallings of Jonesboro, and Donald Stallings of Brookland; sisters, Barbara (John) Purcell of Paragould and Wilma Stallings of Cave City; fourteen grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Larry was preceded in death by his parents.
Graveside services will be 2 pm Friday, August 3, 2012 at Pine Log Cemetery in Brookland. Services are under the direction of Roller-Farmers Union Funeral Home, 1900 West Washington Avenue, Jonesboro AR.
