Francis Joseph Neihouse was born April 3, 1947 in St. Louis, MO. He was the son of the late Gerad Joseph and Frances Hill Neihouse. He died in St. Louis, MO on June 10, 2012, at the age of 65.

He leaves behind two brothers, Gerad F. Neihouse and Anthony K. Neihouse; one sister, Pamela G. Meyer.

Graveside services will be held Thursday, June 14, 2012, at the Fort Smith National Cemetery, Fort Smith, Arkansas.
