Bertha (Slaughter) Rumbach passed away to meet the Lord on March 12, 2012. Bertha was 67 years old and lived in Hot Springs Village, Arkansas. Born to H.B. and Madelyn Slaughter. She graduated from Mt. Saint Mary’s in 1962. She also was a cosmetologist. She was a member of Quachita Decorative Artists and Designing Women. She was active in the Garland County EHC and Cooks R Us.
She is survived by her husband, Jim Rumbach; daughter, Jenny McKay; sons, James (Bubba) Rumbach and Jerry Rumbach.
Preceded in death by John David Rumbach and Joseph Rumbach.
Bertha was a devoted wife and mother. She had five children; five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Memorial services will be held at Woodlands Presbyterian Church, 11 Ecuestre Drive, Hot Springs Village, Arkansas on Friday, March 16, 2012 at 11:00 a.m. (behind Woodlands Auditorium).
