Phyllis Ann Vail, 56, of Earle, AR passed away Saturday March 10, 2007 at St. Bernards Regional Medical Center in Jonesboro, AR. Ms. Vail, a Registered Nurse was preceded in death by her father, Lester Cochran and is survived by her mother, Margaret Cochran of Earle, AR; her son, Shawn P. Vail of Earle, AR; two sisters, Shelia Swinney of St. Augustine, FL and Debbie Cochran of Earle, AR and her granddaughter, Megan Vail of West Memphis, AR. The family requests that any memorials be sent to St. Bernards Medical Center Foundation at P.O. Box 225 E. Jackson Jonesboro, AR 72401.
